We currently ship to the following locations:
Domestic Shipping (Greece):
All regions within Greece, including mainland and islands.
International Shipping:
- European Union countries
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- Selected countries in Asia and the Middle East
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about the possibility of delivery.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Greece: [1-5 business days]
- European Union: [5-10 business days]
- Worlwide Shipping: [5-12 business days]
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Costs
Orders are shipped via the Company’s partnered transport company or courier. Shipping occurs within two (2) business days from order confirmation.
Shipping rates:
- Within Greece: €3.00
- Cyprus: from €10.00
- Within Europe: from €14.00
- Worldwide: from €15.00
- Free Shipping for orders over €35.00 (only within Greece)
- Pickup at our premises: Free
International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Shipping Delays & Responsibilities
Customers will be notified by phone or email of any significant shipping delays.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, etc.).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. In cases of non-delivery due to incorrect details, the cost of reshipping the order will be borne by the Customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our tracking portal or the carrier’s website.
7. International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by their country.
Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at hello@zingies.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
We offer refunds or replacements based on the circumstances of the claim.
