  • Yes, absolutely. All Zingies products are made from safe materials. They’re tested to meet safety standards and designed to give you peace of mind, whether it’s for your little one’s snack time or your daily smoothie. You can also read the Product materials page

  • Yes. Our products are tested to meet recognized child safety standards. We use food grade materials that are free from BPA, phthalates, and other harmful chemicals, so you can feel confident using them with babies and kids every day.

  • Most of our silicone products are microwave safe, but they’re meant for warming food, not for cooking. Some items include parts made from metal, wood, or plastic that are not microwave safe. Always check the product details before microwaving. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask, we’re happy to help.

  • Most of them are, yes. Our silicone products can go in the dishwasher, top rack is best. However, some items include parts like wooden handles that should be washed by hand. Always check the product details before cleaning.

  • We use high quality, food grade silicone that’s BPA free, non toxic, and safe for everyday use. Some products may also include parts made from plastic, wood, or stainless steel, all chosen carefully for safety, durability, and function. You’ll find the full list of materials in each product description.

  • We recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to help your silicone tableware last longer, especially if it has wood or other natural parts. Most items are also dishwasher safe (top rack only), but hand washing is gentler. Use a mild dish soap and avoid harsh or heavily scented cleaners, as they may leave residue. For tough stains or smells, soaking in warm water with baking soda usually helps.

  • Yes, food grade silicone handles heat very well. Our products are safe to use with hot foods and drinks, just avoid direct contact with open flames or stovetops.

  • Almost all of our silicone products are oven and microwave safe up to 220°C, but they’re meant for warming food, not for baking. If the product includes non silicone parts like wood or plastic, it shouldn’t go in the oven or microwave. Always check the product details before heating.

  • The suction base works best on smooth, flat, and clean surfaces like glass, plastic, tile, or sealed wood. It may not stick well to textured, porous, or uneven surfaces. For best results, make sure both the surface and the suction base are clean and dry before use.

  • Yes, they are. Our silicone products stay flexible even at low temperatures, so they're safe to use in the freezer. They're great for storing snacks, baby food, or leftovers — just be sure to leave a little space if you're freezing liquids, as they can expand.

  • Yes, silicone is highly durable, but like any material, it can wear down over time, especially with heavy use or exposure to heat and harsh cleaning. It's a good idea to regularly check your tableware for signs of wear, like cracks or weakened suction bases. If you notice anything, it's best to replace the item to keep things safe and hygienic.

  • Silicone is a more sustainable option than plastic because it’s durable, long lasting, and doesn’t break down into microplastics. It can withstand years of daily use, which helps reduce waste from single use or short lived products. While it’s not biodegradable, it is recyclable at specialized facilities, and its reusability makes it a smart, low waste choice for everyday use.

  • Silicone is non porous, but strong colors and smells can sometimes cling. A soak in warm water with baking soda or white vinegar usually helps. Sunlight can also naturally reduce lingering odors.

  • Yes! Our stainless steel drinkware features a durable, food safe powder coated finish on the outside. It gives a stylish, non slip grip and helps protect the surface from scratches and everyday wear. Just follow the care instructions to keep it looking great.

  • No, we don’t recommend putting our stainless steel products in the dishwasher. To keep them in good condition, it’s best to wash them by hand with warm water and mild soap. Dishwashers can damage the finish or affect insulation over time. However, the lids can be washed in the dishwasher separately if needed.

  • We recommend washing them by hand with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a soft brush or sponge to clean inside and around the lid. Avoid bleach or harsh cleaners, as they can damage the finish over time.

  • Yes, our stainless steel bottles are double walled and insulated to keep drinks hot or cold for hours. They’re great for everything from warm tea to iced water, just make sure the lid is properly secured for best temperature control.

  • Yes! Our tumblers and bottles are designed with secure, screw on lids to prevent leaks. Some models also feature silicone seals for extra protection.

  • Yes, they’re designed for it. Our stainless steel food jars are insulated to safely store both hot and cold meals for several hours. Just make sure the lid is tightly closed to keep the temperature steady, and always check the food temperature before serving to young children.

  • Our stainless steel bottles, tumblers, and food jars are made from high grade 18/8 stainless steel on both the inside and outside. This is a chromium nickel iron alloy (18% chromium & 8% nickel), which is known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and food safety.

  • Yes, but with care. Our bottles can handle carbonated drinks, but always leave a little extra space and open the lid slowly to release pressure. Avoid shaking the bottle, as built up pressure can cause spills or leaks.

  • Never put stainless steel in the microwave, it’s not safe and can damage both the product and your appliance. You can place it in the freezer, but keep in mind that extreme cold may affect insulation or cause parts to expand. Always leave some room if freezing liquids.

  • To select the appropriate size, refer to our detailed sizing chart, which matches foot sizes to fin sizes. If you're between sizes, we recommend opting with the larger one for longer use and more comfort.

  • Yes, these fins are suitable for swimmers of all levels, including beginners. They assist in developing proper kicking technique and building leg strength, making them a valuable training tool.

  • While primarily designed for swim training, these fins can be used for snorkeling in calm waters. However, they are not intended for deep diving or strong currents.

  • Absolutely. Their short blade design is ideal for building kick strength and technique without straining the legs. They’re a favorite among swim coaches for a reason.

  • After each use, rinse the fins with fresh water to remove chlorine, salt, or debris. Allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain their longevity.

  • Absolutely, our fins are designed to be suitable for all genders.

  • Simply browse on our site, select the cart icon or the “Add to cart” option, for the products that you wish for, go to cart, select checkout, fill at least the necessary fields, accept the terms and policy, select your preferred payment method, click the “Place Order” option. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help. Once it ships, we can’t make changes.

  • If you completed all the steps correctly, then there will be a confirmation email in your inbox, if you don’t see this email:

    1. Check your junk inbox.
    2. You probably made a spelling mistake when writing your email.
    3. The payment didn’t go through and the order was automatically cancelled.

    In any case that you can’t find your confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected].

  • If the delivery address is the same we will automatically combine your shipment, if one of the orders has already been dispatched then they can’t be combined.

  • We ship worldwide, but if you encounter any problem, please contact us at [email protected].

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves our hands.

  • Once your order ships, delivery within Greece usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way, so you can follow your package right to your door.

    For international orders you should expect up to 5-12 working days depending on which country.

  • Yes, we offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over 35€ . The free shipping minimum is applied automatically at checkout.

  • An email will be sent to you, with a shipment tracking link, when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, if you haven’t received this email:

    1. Check your junk inbox.
    2. You probably made a spelling mistake when writing your email.

    In any case that you can’t find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected].

  • If it’s been more than 5 business days (for domestic orders) since your shipping confirmation, there may be a delay with the carrier. First, check your tracking link for updates. If it looks stuck or you’re not seeing any movement, please contact the corresponding transport company or please contact us at [email protected].

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay via bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Whichever works best for you.

  • Yes. Our site is secured with SSL encryption, and all payments are processed through trusted, secure providers. Your information stays private and protected.

  • At the moment, we don’t offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid online at checkout.

  • Payments may be declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions. Please check your details and try again or contact your bank.

  • Yes, an invoice will be included inside the package once your purchase is complete. If you'd prefer to receive it by email or need another copy, just let us know, we're happy to send it over.

  • If you’ve been charged but didn’t get a confirmation email, start by checking your spam or promotions folder, sometimes it ends up there. If there’s still nothing, it’s possible the email was entered incorrectly at checkout. Reach out to us at [email protected] with your name and payment details, and we’ll look into it right away.

  • To start a return, just send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with the steps and return address. Make sure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and sent back within 30 days of delivery. Also see Returns

  • Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll ship your replacement within 2–3 business days, as long as the item is in stock. We’ll email you the tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

  • There are a few reasons why your refund might be lower than the amount you originally paid:

    • The original shipping cost is not refundable

    • The returned products were used or not in their original condition

    • Parts, accessories, or packaging were missing

    • Not all items from the original order were returned

    • The items showed signs of damage

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Once processed, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider. If you’re still waiting after that, feel free to get in touch.

  • We’re really sorry about that. Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We’ll review it quickly and make things right with a replacement, refund, or other solution.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t issue a refund for purchases made with a gift card. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to offer an exchange or store credit instead. Feel free to contact us so we can help find the best solution.

  • No, we’re not able to accept returns on personalized products or items that have been used. To keep things safe and fair for everyone, all returns must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before sending it back.

  • Gift cards are delivered by email shortly after your purchase is completed. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Just let us know, we’ll resend it right away.

  • Enter your gift card code at checkout in the “Gift card or discount code” field. The amount will be applied automatically. Please note: gift cards must be used in full, any remaining balance won’t carry over. Make sure to keep your code private. If someone else gets access to it, they can use the balance before you do.

  • Yes! Just enter their email address at checkout, and the gift card will be sent directly to them. Or, if you prefer, you can send it to your own email and forward it or print it later. Either way, it’s an easy gift that lets them choose which ever Zingies they love.

  • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Be sure to use the full amount before it expires, any remaining balance won’t be available after that.

  • Yes! If you’ve lost your gift card code, just contact us at [email protected] with the name and email used for the purchase. If the card hasn’t been used yet, we’ll resend the code to you.

  • We accept and process payments exclusively in EURO (€).

  • No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. But if you do create an account, you’ll be able to track orders more easily, save your info for next time, and view your order history.

  • Creating an account makes checkout faster and easier next time. You can track your orders, view your purchase history, and save your shipping details, no need to re enter everything each time you shop. It’s optional, but definitely convenient.
