Currently, we don’t have a physical store. Zingies is only available online, so you can shop with us anytime, from anywhere. If you’re nearby, you can also pick up your order from our headquarters at 102 Iroon Politechniou Street, 26442, Patras, Greece — just choose the pickup option at checkout.

Silicone products
- Are your silicone products microwave safe?
Most of our silicone products are microwave safe, but they’re meant for warming food — not for cooking. Some items include parts made from metal, wood, or plastic that are not microwave safe. Always check the product details before microwaving. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask — we’re happy to help.
- Are your silicone products dishwasher safe?
Most of them are, yes. Our silicone products can go in the dishwasher — top rack is best. However, some items include parts like wooden handles that should be washed by hand. Always check the product details before cleaning.
- What materials are used in your silicone products?
We use high-quality, food-grade silicone that’s BPA-free, non-toxic, and safe for everyday use. Some products may also include parts made from plastic, wood, or stainless steel — all chosen carefully for safety, durability, and function. You’ll find the full list of materials in each product description.
- How do I clean silicone tableware, and what kind of soap should I use?
We recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to help your silicone tableware last longer — especially if it has wood or other natural parts. Most items are also dishwasher safe (top rack only), but hand washing is gentler. Use a mild dish soap and avoid harsh or heavily scented cleaners, as they may leave residue. For tough stains or smells, soaking in warm water with baking soda usually helps.
- Can I use silicone items with hot food or drinks?
Yes, food-grade silicone handles heat very well. Our products are safe to use with hot foods and drinks — just avoid direct contact with open flames or stovetops.
- Are your silicone bowls and plates oven safe? Up to what temperature?
Our all-silicone bowls and plates are oven safe up to 220°C, but they’re meant for warming food — not for baking. If the product includes non-silicone parts like wood or plastic, it shouldn’t go in the oven. Always check the product details before heating.
- Will the suction base work on any surface?
The suction base works best on smooth, flat, and clean surfaces like glass, plastic, tile, or sealed wood. It may not stick well to textured, porous, or uneven surfaces. For best results, make sure both the surface and the suction base are clean and dry before use.
- Are your silicone products safe for freezer use?
Yes, they are. Our silicone products stay flexible even at low temperatures, so they're safe to use in the freezer. They're great for storing snacks, baby food, or leftovers — just be sure to leave a little space if you're freezing liquids, as they can expand.
- Can silicone tableware wear out over time?
Yes, silicone is highly durable, but like any material, it can wear down over time — especially with heavy use or exposure to heat and harsh cleaning. It's a good idea to regularly check your tableware for signs of wear, like cracks or weakened suction bases. If you notice anything, it's best to replace the item to keep things safe and hygienic.
- Is silicone an eco-friendly choice?
Silicone is a more sustainable option than plastic because it’s durable, long-lasting, and doesn’t break down into microplastics. It can withstand years of daily use, which helps reduce waste from single-use or short-lived products. While it’s not biodegradable, it is recyclable at specialized facilities — and its reusability makes it a smart, low-waste choice for everyday use.
- Can silicone absorb smells or stains over time? What should I do?
Silicone is non-porous, but strong colors and smells can sometimes cling. A soak in warm water with baking soda or white vinegar usually helps. Sunlight can also naturally reduce lingering odors.
Stainless Steel Drinkware
- Do your stainless steel drinkware products have a protective coating?
Yes! Our stainless steel drinkware features a durable, food-safe powder-coated finish on the outside. It gives a stylish, non-slip grip and helps protect the surface from scratches and everyday wear. Just follow the care instructions to keep it looking great.
- Can I put stainless steel bottles and tumblers in the dishwasher?
No, we don’t recommend putting our stainless steel products in the dishwasher. To keep them in good condition, it’s best to wash them by hand with warm water and mild soap. Dishwashers can damage the finish or affect insulation over time. However, the lids can be washed in the dishwasher separately if needed.
- How do I clean stainless steel bottles or tumblers?
We recommend washing them by hand with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a soft brush or sponge to clean inside and around the lid. Avoid bleach or harsh cleaners, as they can damage the finish over time.
- Can stainless steel bottles and tumblers keep drinks hot or cold?
Yes, our stainless steel bottles are double-walled and insulated to keep drinks hot or cold for hours. They’re great for everything from warm tea to iced water — just make sure the lid is properly secured for best temperature control.
- Are stainless steel tumblers and bottles leak-proof?
Yes! Our tumblers and bottles are designed with secure, screw-on lids to prevent leaks. Some models also feature silicone seals for extra protection.
- Are stainless steel food jars safe for storing hot meals?
Yes, they’re designed for it. Our stainless steel food jars are insulated to safely store both hot and cold meals for several hours. Just make sure the lid is tightly closed to keep the temperature steady — and always check the food temperature before serving to young children.
- What materials are used in your stainless steel drinkware?
Our stainless steel bottles, tumblers, and food jars are made from high-grade 18/8 stainless steel on both the inside and outside. This is a chromium-nickel-iron alloy (18% chromium & 8% nickel), which is known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and food safety.
- Can I use carbonated drinks in your bottles?
Yes, but with care. Our bottles can handle carbonated drinks, but always leave a little extra space and open the lid slowly to release pressure. Avoid shaking the bottle, as built-up pressure can cause spills or leaks.
- Can I put stainless steel in the microwave or freezer?
Never put stainless steel in the microwave — it’s not safe and can damage both the product and your appliance. You can place it in the freezer, but keep in mind that extreme cold may affect insulation or cause parts to expand. Always leave some room if freezing liquids.
- Do your stainless steel items rust over time?
Our stainless steel is high-quality and resistant to rust. With proper care — like drying after washing and avoiding harsh cleaners — it stays in great shape. If you ever notice surface spots, a gentle scrub with baking soda usually takes care of it.
- Are stainless steel products eco-friendly?
Yes, stainless steel is a more eco-friendly choice than plastic. It’s durable, reusable for years, and doesn't leach harmful chemicals. By choosing stainless steel, you're cutting down on single-use waste and investing in something that’s made to last.
- Can stainless steel be recycled?
Yes, stainless steel is 100% recyclable. Even after years of use, it can be melted down and reused without losing quality. Just check with your local recycling facility to make sure they accept it.
- How long will a stainless steel tumbler or bottle last?
With proper care, a stainless steel tumbler or bottle can last for many years. It won’t crack, warp, or break like plastic — making it a smart, long-term choice for daily use.
Silicone Short Training Fins
- What are short swim fins used for?
Short fins are designed to help kids and adults build strength and improve their kick technique while swimming. They’re great for swim training, fun practice, or simply making movement in the water easier and more confident.
- What are your swim fins made of?
Our fins are made from soft, flexible, 100% silicone — no plastic or latex. They’re gentle on the skin, comfortable to wear, and built to last through lots of swim time.
- How do I choose the right size?
To select the appropriate size, refer to our detailed sizing chart, which matches foot sizes to fin sizes. If you're between sizes, we recommend opting with the larger one for longer use and more comfort.
- Are these fins suitable for beginners?
Yes, these fins are suitable for swimmers of all levels, including beginners. They assist in developing proper kicking technique and building leg strength, making them a valuable training tool.
- Can these fins be used for snorkeling or diving?
While primarily designed for swim training, these fins can be used for snorkeling in calm waters. However, they are not intended for deep diving or strong currents.
- Are your fins good for swim lessons or training?
Absolutely. Their short-blade design is ideal for building kick strength and technique without straining the legs. They’re a favorite among swim coaches for a reason.
- How do I clean and store the fins?
After each use, rinse the fins with fresh water to remove chlorine, salt, or debris. Allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain their longevity.
- Are these fins unisex?
Absolutely, our fins are designed to be suitable for all genders.
Order
- How can I place an order?
Simply browse on our site, select the cart icon or the “Add to cart” option, for the products that you wish for, go to cart, select checkout, fill at least the necessary fields, accept the terms and policy, select your preferred payment method, click the “Place Order” option. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible at hello@zingies.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Once it ships, we can’t make changes.
- How do I know if my order is placed?
If you completed all the steps correctly, then there will be a confirmation email in your inbox, if you don’t see this email:
- Check your junk inbox.
- You probably made a spelling mistake when writing your email.
- The payment didn’t go through and the order was automatically cancelled.
In any case that you can’t find your confirmation email, please contact us at hello@zingies.com.
- I placed multiple orders, can they be combined into one shipment?
If the delivery address is the same we will automatically combine your shipment, if one of the orders has already been dispatched then they can’t be combined.
Shipping
- Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide, but if you encounter any problem, please contact us at hello@zingies.com.
- When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves our hands.
- When should I expect my package to arrive?
Once your order ships, delivery within Greece usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way, so you can follow your package right to your door.
For international orders you should expect up to 5-10 working days.
- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over 35 euro. The free shipping minimum is applied automatically at checkout.
- How can I track my order?
An email will be sent to you, with a shipment tracking link, when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, if you haven’t received this email:
- Check your junk inbox.
- You probably made a spelling mistake when writing your email.
In any case that you can’t find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@zingies.com.
- Why haven’t I received my order yet?
If it’s been more than 5 business days (for domestic orders) since your shipping confirmation, there may be a delay with the carrier. First, check your tracking link for updates. If it looks stuck or you’re not seeing any movement, please contact the corresponding transport company or please contact us at hello@zingies.com.
Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay via bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — whichever works best for you.
- Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. Our site is secured with SSL encryption, and all payments are processed through trusted, secure providers. Your information stays private and protected.
- Can I pay with cash on delivery?
At the moment, we don’t offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid online at checkout.
- Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions. Please check your details and try again or contact your bank.
- Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you after your purchase is completed.
- Why haven’t I received an email confirmation if I was charged for my order?
If you’ve been charged but didn’t get a confirmation email, start by checking your spam or promotions folder — sometimes it ends up there. If there’s still nothing, it’s possible the email was entered incorrectly at checkout. Reach out to us at hello@zingies.com with your name and payment details, and we’ll look into it right away.
Returns and refunds
- How can I return my order / products?
If you wish to return some or all of the products you bought, you have the right to do so only after 30 days of receiving the order and you must send them back to the address of the shipper, which we don’t cover the shipping costs, we recommend you that the parcel is trackable and better if insured.

Your replacement order will be dispatched after we receive the original, and ensure that the products are not used etc. (see: Q: Terms of Use > Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy ).
- Why is my refund amount different from what I originally paid?
There are some reasons that the refunded amount is lower than what you paid originally (see: Q: Terms of Use > Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy)
- The products were used or not in the original state.
- An accessory or original packaging is missing.
- Not all original contents were returned.
- Signs of damage were on the products.
- My order was granted a refund, when will I receive my money?
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned order.
- I received my order, but one or more items are incorrect / Defect.

- What happens if I want a refund for my order that I paid with a gift card?
Unfortunately we can’t issue a refund for a purchase with a gift card.
- Can I return personalized or used items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized or used items unless they are defective.

- When will I receive my gift card after buying it?
Your gift card will be in your email, please check the junk folder if you can’t find it or contact us at hello@zingies.com to help you.
- How do I use my gift card?
When ready for checkout, fill in your unique gift card code at the coupon field, you must spend all the amount at once, please do not share with anyone this code as someone might use it before you.
- Can I buy a gift for someone else?
Ofcourse, our gift cards are digital, so when you checkout simply check the “it’s a gift” button and fill in the form carefully with the email that you would like to send it to, only the recipient will have access to the gift card.
- How much time do I have to use a gift card?
You will have 1 year to use it before it expires.
- Can I refund a gift card?
You can only refund a gift card if you are the issuer of it.
- I lost my unique code for my gift card. Can you help me?

We recommend you to make an account, but you can make a purchase as a guest.
