Returns & Exchanges

At Zingies, we want you to love your products as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your order.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

  • Send an email to hello@zingies.com or call us at +30 210 4404046
  • If emailing, please include your order code and a brief statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Your returned item must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition as received
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including the box and any accessories
  • Include the original receipt or invoice
  • In case of an invoice, a Shipping Note must be issued by you

Please note: If a product shows signs of use or has been washed, we may reduce the refund accordingly—up to 100% if it no longer holds commercial value. If this applies, we will inform you in advance.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for withdrawal.

Product Exchanges (30 Days)

If you’d like to exchange a product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange:

Include:

  • Your order code
  • The product code(s) of the item(s) to be exchanged
  • The details of the item(s) you want in exchange (e.g., size, color)

As with withdrawals, exchanged items must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all original contents and documentation

Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and are issued to your original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to a Zingies error
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you prefer, you may return the product in person at our Patras HQ by coordinating with us in advance
  • Zingies does not issue discount codes for returns or exchanges

In the case of a Zingies error (e.g., incorrect item sent):

  • We will cover all return and reshipping costs
  • You will receive a full refund or exchange, including shipping fees

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These rights are fully recognized and upheld by Zingies.
