Before using this site and e-shop, please carefully read the following terms of use, which define the rights and obligations of the Company. If you do not agree wholly or partially, please refrain from using the services and content provided.

By visiting, browsing, using content, purchasing products or services, or interacting with this site and e-shop in any manner, you unconditionally agree to comply with the following terms of use. These terms apply to all content included in this site and e-shop.

General Terms

1.1 Agreement Scope

These terms of use, along with the current prices, delivery details, communication policies, and return policy, form the Agreement between:

  • The Company
  • The Customer (buyer)

This Agreement governs the supply of the Company’s products to the Customer. Any references made by third-party sellers do not affect the terms of use of this site.

The modification of the General Terms and Conditions does not affect orders you have already placed, which are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order. The most recent revision was made on 28/02/2025.

1.2 Website and E-Shop Functionality

The site and e-shop provide all visitors/users/customers with:

  • Up-to-date information about the Company’s products
  • The ability to make online purchases of the products offered for sale

1.3 Compliance with Laws and Amendments

  • These terms of use fully comply with applicable European and Greek law.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend or update content and these terms without prior notice.
  • Any amendments take effect upon being posted on this site.
  • Changes made after a purchase has been placed will not affect existing orders, unless required by law.

If any provision (in whole or in part) is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

1.4 Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are solely responsible for checking the characteristics and suitability of products before placing an order.
  • Visitors/users/customers should remain informed of modifications to the terms before making a purchase.
  • Continuing to browse, use, or interact with the site and e-shop after changes to the terms constitutes unconditional acceptance.

If you do not agree with any amendments, you must immediately discontinue use of the site and e-shop.

  • The Company’s failure to exercise any rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

2.1 Personal Responsibility

Visitors/users/customers are personally responsible for their use of the site and e-shop, as well as for all activities conducted within them. If a violation of the terms occurs, the Company reserves the right to deny access, either temporarily or permanently.

2.2 Legal Capacity and Eligibility

Use of this site and e-shop is permitted only for individuals with full legal capacity. Visitors/users/customers must meet all legal requirements and possess the necessary ability to comprehend these terms. The Company bears no responsibility for damages arising from:

  • Lack of capacity to use the site and e-shop
  • Errors, interruptions, defects, or delays in site operations
  • Issues related to the transmission of information via the internet

2.3 Accuracy of Customer Information

Visitors/users/customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, validity, and completeness of the information they enter in all transactions with the Company. They must also ensure proper payment once their order is accepted.

2.4 Unauthorized Account Use

Customers are solely responsible for compensating the Company or its affiliated businesses for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of the site, e-shop, or their account.

2.5 Access and Charges

The Company assumes no responsibility for any charges incurred by visitors/users/customers when accessing the site or e-shop. The method of access, including network or device usage, is solely the responsibility of the user.

2.6 Payment and Cardholder Responsibility

Visitors/users/customers making purchases with credit or debit cards must use valid cards of which they are the lawful owners. The Company holds no liability towards the legal cardholder for unauthorized charges made through this site and e-shop.

Registration and Account Creation

3.1 Purchase as a Guest

When making a purchase as a guest, visitors must provide current, accurate, and complete information to ensure proper order processing.

3.2 Registering as a Customer

Customers who choose to register on this site must provide valid and up-to-date information. During registration:

  • Users must create a unique and confidential password.
  • Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported to the Company immediately.
  • Registered users agree to maintain and update their information to ensure its accuracy and validity.

3.3 Account Security and Responsibility

The Company bears no responsibility for damages resulting from failure to comply with these security measures.

3.4 Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts if:

  • They were created for malicious purposes.
  •  The provided information is false, stolen, or otherwise misused.

Personal Data Protection – Security

4.1 Collection and Processing of Personal Data

To place orders or conduct any transaction through this e-shop, Customers are required to provide certain personal information. The Company respects the privacy and security of all its Customers, ensuring that the collection, processing, and storage of personal data complies with applicable laws and occurs only with explicit consent for purposes necessary for the site’s operation.

When placing an order, Customers will be asked to provide:

  • Full name
  • Shipping address
  • Billing address (if different from shipping address)
  • Billing details (if an invoice is required)
  • Contact phone number
  • Email address
  • Payment details (in cases of credit card transactions: card number, expiration date, and CVV security code)
  • User account password (for registered users)

For credit card payments, card details are not stored on the Company’s systems but are entered directly into the secure environment of the affiliated banking institution handling payment processing.

Additionally, the Company may collect information about visitors/users/customers, such as computer operating system details, browser type, and IP address during site browsing and e-shop use. This data helps analyze site traffic, order history, and purchasing interest to improve services.

6.1 Product Descriptions

Each product available on this site and e-shop is presented with a detailed description, including its characteristics and materials used for its construction. If you require additional information about a product’s features or materials, please contact us at hello@zingies.com

The Company is not responsible if products do not match 100% visually according to the photos provided or for any technical, typographical, clerical errors  in product descriptions or pricing. If such errors are identified/detected, the Company reserves the right to  correct them without prior notice.

6.2 Pricing Updates and VAT

The Company reserves the right to modify or update product offerings, sale prices, and transaction terms without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the site and e-shop. All product prices listed on this site and e-shop include VAT (24%).

Order

7.1 Legal Framework and Eligibility

Orders placed through this site and e-shop constitute remote sales contracts, governed by Law 2251/1994 and other applicable Greek and European regulations. Only individuals with full legal capacity (at least 18 years old and not under judicial guardianship) are eligible to place valid orders. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against orders placed by individuals lacking legal capacity.

7.2 Order Process

To complete an order, Customers must follow four (4) main steps:

A) Login / Registration

  • Customers must log in using their username and password.
  • If not registered, they must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

B) Select Products

  • Customers browse and select the products they wish to purchase, adding them to their Shopping Cart.

C) Place Order

  • Customers review the total cost and payment amount.
  • Required details such as payment method, shipping method, and address must be provided.
  • Customers may correct errors before finalizing the order.
  • To proceed, Customers must accept the sales contract and site terms.

D) Complete Order

  • The order is completed once the Customer confirms all details and payment.
  • A confirmation email is sent, including the order number and product details for tracking.

7.3 Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be used at checkout before they expire.
  • They apply only to full-priced items and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Payment Methods – Shipping

8.1 Payment Methods

The Company offers the following payment options:

A) Credit or Debit Card

  • Accepted cards: Visa and MasterCard.
  • Transactions occur in a secure banking environment.
  • The card is charged only after verification of details and available balance.
  • If a transaction is declined, the order is not considered complete.

B) PayPal

  • Customers are redirected to the PayPal platform to finalize payment.
  • If the transaction fails, the order is not completed.
  • Transactions are governed by PayPal’s Terms & Conditions.

Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed. Customers should email a payment receipt to hello@zingies.com, including their order number and full name.

  • Customers can select Klarna for flexible payment options (e.g., “Pay Now,” “Pay Later,” or “Slice It”).
  • Transactions are completed via Klarna’s secure platform.
  • Klarna’s terms and security protocols apply.
  • If payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

8.2 Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via the Company’s partnered transport company / courier.
  • Shipping occurs within two (2) business days from order confirmation.

    • Within Greece: €3.00
    • Cyprus: from €10.00
    • Within Europe: from €14.00
    • Worldwide: from €15.00
    • Free shipping for orders over €35.00 (only within Greece).
    • Pickup at our premises is free.

Shipping Delays & Responsibilities

  • Customers will be notified by phone or email of any significant shipping delays.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
  • Customers providing incorrect shipping details are responsible for non-delivery.
  • If an order needs reshipment, the reshipping cost is the Customer’s responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

9.1 Right of Withdrawal & Product Exchange

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The Customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Company before the 14-day period expires by email at hello@zingies.com or by phone at +30 210 4404046.
If contacting by email, the message must include the order code and a clear statement of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.

Product Exchange (30 Days)
If the Customer prefers to exchange a product instead, they must notify the Company via email at hello@zingies.com within 30 days of receiving the order. The subject line should be “Product Exchange”, and the message must include:

  • Order code

  • Product code(s) to be exchanged

  • Desired item details (e.g., color, size)

All returns must be sent to:

The returned items must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice). In the case of an invoice, a Shipping Note must be issued by the Customer.

Conditions for Return

The returned product must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition as received.
  • Be in its original packaging (including box and accessories).
  • Include all original contents.
  • Show no signs of wear or damage.

To receive a full refund, you may open the product packaging to inspect the item, but the product must remain unused and in new condition. If the returned product(s) show signs of use or has/have been washed, the Company will assess the reduction in value, which could range up to 100% if the product no longer holds commercial value. This evaluation will be conducted by the Company upon receipt of the item(s).

If a product has lost value due to improper handling, the Customer must compensate the Company for the reduced value. This amount will be deducted from the refund, with prior notice given to the Customer.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or items made to the Customer’s specifications. If any of the above conditions are not met, the Company reserves the right to reject the withdrawal request.

9.2 Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Process

If a refund is requested, it will be processed within 14 days of the Company receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Exchange Process

Once the returned product(s) are received and verified, the Company will credit the value of the returned items to the Customer’s account database. Then the Company will inform the customer if there is a price difference. If there is no price difference, the Company will ship the new order to the customer. If there is a price difference the Company will inform the Customer accordingly and after the settlement, the new order will be shipped to the Customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs for exchanged or refunded products are the Customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping costs for new exchanged items are also covered by the Customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Additional shipping costs due to Customer preferences are not included in the refund.
  • The cost of returning the item(s) to the Company is the Customer’s responsibility.
  • Customers may return products in person (by prior coordination) at the Company’s headquarters in Patras to avoid return shipping costs.
  • The Company does not issue discount coupons for product exchanges and returns.
  • If the company sends the order in error and the customer wants an exchange or a refund of the goods, the customer will be refunded the shipping cost and will not be charged for the return shipping cost.

9.3 Legal Consumer Rights

In addition to the rights provided under the Company’s return policy, all consumer rights granted by applicable legislation regarding sales contracts are fully recognized and protected.

Order Cancellation

10.1 Order Cancellation

If the Customer wishes to cancel an order, they must send an email to hello@zingies.com as soon as possible, using the subject line “ORDER CANCELLATION.” The email must include the unique order code of the order they wish to cancel.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds for cancellations will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • The refund process will be completed within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

Orders Already Shipped

If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the Company will instruct the transport company/ courier to return the order to its premises. In such cases:

  • The Customer will be refunded only for the cost of the goods and not the shipping cost.
  • If the shipping was free of charge, the equivalent shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Repeated Cancellations

To prevent misuse, the Company reserves the right to monitor Customer activity and may decline future service if a Customer repeatedly cancels orders (more than three times).

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability and Risks

The Company does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access to this site and e-shop, as technical disruptions, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events may occur.

The Company bears no responsibility for any damage, harm, or loss experienced by visitors/users/customers while using this site, its features, or services. Additionally:

  • The Company does not guarantee that third-party websites linked to this site or the servers hosting them are free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
  • Users are advised to ensure they have up-to-date antivirus software installed on their devices.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site and e-shop, including but not limited to:

Any of the following actions without prior written authorization from the Company are strictly prohibited:

Governing Law – Jurisdiction – Dispute Resolution

The terms of use of this site and e-shop, including product payment policies, shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. If any provision is found to be contrary to the law, it will automatically cease to apply without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.

13.3 Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute arising from transactions between the Company and the Customer shall be governed by Greek law.
  • Disputes will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Patras.
  • Customers may also seek resolution through authorized consumer mediation entities.

Note: The protections provided under remote contract laws apply only to transactions made by individuals for non-commercial purposes.
